WHAT IS PLATFORM COMIcS?

Creating a comic book is easier than ever. With modern computers and incredible graphics software, anyone can write, draw, and letter a comic from their bedroom. And with the internet we can collaborate with co-creators across the globe. But making a comic is only half the battle.

Once the creative work is done, you want to get your work out into the world. But how do we do that? Send out a blind submission to publishers? Do they even read those? There are comic book fans out there who love stories just like yours, but how do you connect with those readers? These are the questions Platform Comics wants to answer.

We want our competitions to open doors for the winners. We want our podcast to shed a light on the behind-the-scenes of the comic industry. We want to make tutorials to help you step up your game. We want to give every creator a platform to share their stories.
